Vidyā reveals the Divine Mother as Knowledge itself, the source of all wisdom, understanding, and spiritual illumination. The name teaches that true knowledge is not merely information but the transformative insight that removes ignorance and reveals the eternal reality of the Self. As Vidyā, the Divine Mother is both the wisdom sought by seekers and the light through which it is realized.

This is the 549th name of the Lalitā Sahasranāma.
After revealing the Divine Mother as Vimarśa-rūpiṇī, the embodiment of self-awareness, the Sahasranāma now declares:
Vidyā – She who is Knowledge; She who is Wisdom itself.
